QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
SAT Acrena, Organization considers the quality of their products and services that offers to customers a true reflection of the needs and expectations of it, thus ensuring long-term success of the company. For this purpose, established and assumes the following principles and exponent of its quality policy:
- The final quality of the product delivered to the customer is the result of actions planned systematically of Prevention, Detection, correction and continuous improvement throughout all the process cycle.
- The contractual demands and desires and expectations of customers, are the only method to establish the quality standard of our products and services, thus ensuring the safety and legality of products and customer satisfaction.
- The management of the Company transmitted to the entire organization the importance of compliance with legal requirements of the customers, and internal, and continued monitoring, and linking to each post on quality as essential parts for professional and ethical success of the Company.
- Each employee is responsible for the quality of their work.
- The Directorate is responsible for promote the implementation of the Policy and Quality Objectives, making company key staff understand them and checking their implementation through audits.
The application of this policy requires the active integration of the entire Human Team of the company. To this end, the Directorate gives priority to motivation and training for quality.
Establishing the methodology for transmitting the quality policy to all members of the company, through briefings, written notes, informative posters, etc. ..
