Quality Control
Warehouse controls are performed by our Quality Department. Two persons are in charge of ensuring the maximum quality of our produce, verifying its condition, and checking ripeness, colour, shape, external appearance, sugar content, etc...

We are also subject to external controls performed by the Health Authority of Andalusia Autonomous Government. Samples are analysed from both the Warehouse and fields alike.
AENOR also duly performs regular controls required in order to ensure the on-going validity of quality certification.
